Project Overview: The launch of an eCommerce platform for the Thomson Reuters, which enabled the sale of legal and tax research products. .

Involvement:

  • Launched a Beta and MVP version of the platform

  • Developed a product roadmap for both Legal and Tax products

  • Own a robust test and learn backlog for further optimization of the platform

  • Led and oversaw 4 scrum teams

  • Managed and onboarded 2 product managers

  • Oversaw UX/UI activities

  • Defined KPIs 

  • Worked cross functionally across the business: Marketing, Business Strategy, Analytics, Design, Technology and Accessibility

Outcomes:

  • 39% increase in Pure Digital New Sale Orders for Westlaw and Practical Law 

  • Increased conversion rate from 0.96% to 1.10% for Westlaw and 0.46% to 0.63% for Practical Law

  • Average order value of 23% compared to 2022 targets

  • Exceeded 2022 sales in first quarter of 2023

  • Built a robust test and learn plan for further optimization of the platform
